This shoulder pad and handle system is an excellent, very affordable item that helps you move smoothly, accurately and effortlessly through your shots.
It is the combination of single rod shoulder support with four different shaped support pieces, two designed to rest on your shoulder and the other is designed to support the camera underneath, with your hands.
Each support is made of lightweight aluminum that is flexible enough to be shaped by hand yet rigid enough to hold its shape once bent.
Each support is detachable so you can choose to use either or both depending on your style of shooting. Leaving off the longer support piece, for example, allows for handheld moves in front of the body, if desired.
It's economically designed to be able to move freely with your arm and wrist. Recommended for any camera up to 13kgs.
